Applications

Every application is unique, and our lighting experts will gladly provide you with a detailed, custom light plan based on your crops, location, facility, utility incentives, budget, and other factors. General approaches include:

Confined-Space Greenhouse Supplemental Lighting

Smaller grow spaces, lower overhead heights, and/or less intense lighting demands make higher output lights problematic. Mid-power Mezzo lights, typically with around 6’ spacing and 4’ heights, become the perfect solution.

Vertical Grow Racks

Mezzo lights can be utilized in indoor, vertical grow setups with relatively higher lighting needs or larger spaces. For example, lettuce at 2’x4’ per light, 16” heights.

Side/Interlighting

Side-mounting/suspending Mezzo lights illuminates deeper levels of large plants. If high intensities of top lighting for high-light plants like tomatoes or cannabis is already provided, side or interlighting can provide additional growth. Mezzos can be suspended back-to-back within plant rows or along the edges of grow areas for tall crop setups.
